Of general things...

I have a lot of half posts started, thoughts that didn't quite see the light of day. I imagine a lot of them are worth finishing ... but not today. It seems that things for myself are the hardest to get done and harder still are the things which appear optional. I've managed to buy some stuff but the execution of actual events keeps getting harder. I suppose we all find that to be true from time to time. I spend so much of my time being the responsible party that when I back off even slightly, I wind up in park.

I've spent this week on vacation. An event that should be fun and relaxing but it's been an effort and awkward at times. Worst of all, it's been all up to me to keep things moving. I guess that tells the story right there....

Oh well, so it goes.

I think I'll go through the archives after all. I know there is something worthy of a finishing touch and posting in there.
